Alumni Association Purpose:
(Organized 1984)
The purpose of this organization is to foster and provide a fraternal bond among its members, their families and friends. Toward achieving this goal, "The Association" will seek to provide social contacts and events for the members, their families and friends encouraging an active following of corps events and cooperation among the respective members of "The Association" and "The New York Skyliners" Drum and Bugle Corps.
24th Annual GAS Reunion
Many of us will be attending the GAS Reunion which will be held in Toronto Canada on May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. The GAS Reunion is a very popular event. 2008 Meeting Dates and Location:

Passing of Bertram"Whitey"Irving-4/22/08
Charter member of Garbarina Skyliners.Instrumental in regaining the charter for American Legion Post # 1523 (Garbarina-Mazarakos Memorial Post) in 1966.Played tenor drum with National Champion Corps in 1949-1950. Bus driver for the field corps 1966-1975.
Life time member of field corps and charter member of Alumni Assocation.
